This is a libel for condemnation, under the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of June 25, 1938, c. 675, 52 Stat. 1040, Title 21 U.S.C.A. § 301 et seq., of 62 packages of Marmola Prescription Tablets which had been transported in interstate commerce from Detroit, Michigan, to La Crosse, Wisconsin, by the intervener, the Raladam Company.
