Plaintiff, Mrs. Ida Rosser Barber, instituted a civil action in the Superior Court of Lee County, North Carolina, against Legh Powell, Jr., and H. W. Anderson, Receivers of the Seaboard Air Line Railway Company, defendants, to recover damages of $5,250 for injuries to her person and property.
