Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

HARRON, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in income tax for the year 1936 in the amount of $4,883.58. Petitioner claims that there is no deficiency and that she has overpaid taxes for 1936. The only question is the correct amount of the cost basis of 750 shares of Class B stock of Reynolds Tobacco Company which petitioner sold in 1936. The facts have been stipulated.
