Under date of October 13, 1942 we promulgated our opinion in the above entitled cause, 47 B. T. A. 886 [Dec. 12,854]. Thereafter, under date of November 24, 1942, we entered our decision. On January 14, 1943 the respondent filed a motion in which he asked that the decision heretofore entered be vacated, that the cause be reopened and that the opinion heretofore promulgated be reconsidered in the light of the decision...
