The petitioner, upon conviction in this Court for violation of Section 415, 18 U.S. C.A., was sentenced on May 13, 1938, to the penitentiary for a term of two to five years. He immediately began the service of said sentence. He did not serve any portion thereof at any institution other than a penal institution in and for the District of Columbia.
