1. This is a very simple patent case involving the validity and infringement of U. S. Letters Patent No. 2,021,581, issued November 19, 1935, to plaintiff's predecessor, as assignee of George E. Pickup, on application filed April 11, 1934, which patent is now owned by plaintiff, Newark Stove Company.
