This complaint is brought by seventeen plaintiffs against the defendant seeking to recover unpaid minimum wages and overtime compensation claimed to be due by virtue of the provisions of Section 6 and 7 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A.
