The patents involved are Klein and Szegvari, No. 1,825,736, wherein plaintiff relies on claims 1, 16, 18, and 19, and Twiss, No. 1,996,051, wherein plaintiff relies on claims 2, 4, 17, 18, 28 and 29. Both patents relate to a process for manufacturing rubber goods directly...
