This is a suit brought by plaintiff praying for judgment for the recovery of the possession of certain lands comprising 415.35 acres, situate in Townships 21 and 27, M. D. B. & M, and within the exterior boundaries of Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation in Washoe County Nevada. It is one of six cases which were consolidated for trial.
