This controversy concerns tract No. 213, which was condemned in the above entitled proceeding along with divers other tracts. The title to this tract of land is now vested in the government, and the compensation to be paid therefor has been fixed by a jury in this Court, "as of October 17, 1940, at Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Twenty-five ($2,225) Dollars".
