In this condemnation proceeding, W. H. Hayes, R. H. Hayes and Lola H. Lewis, have made a motion for an order adjudicating title relative to Tracts Nos. 92, 102, 103, 105 (Part 1 & 2) and 105-A, embraced in this proceeding, and directing that any funds remaining on deposit and allocated to said tracts be immediately disbursed, and that judgments be entered forthwith for any deficiency between the amount of the respective deposits and verdicts...
