Hamilton Chain Co., Inc., Young's Inc., and S. & S. Manufacturing Company are Rhode Island corporations. Alfred Spear and Louis Susskind are citizens of Rhode Island. All the defendants occupied the same place of business at 7 Eddy Street in Providence...
