Appellant, Standard Oil Company, prosecutes these two appeals from judgments against it in actions to recover damages alleged to have been caused by its negligence. The parties will be referred to as they were designated in the trial court. In No. 12,275, plaintiff Lena Lyons sued as administratrix of the Estate of Iliff Eugene Lyons, her deceased husband, to recover damages caused by his death.
