The above-entitled action was tried to the Court and a jury. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, fixing the plaintiff Arthur Brouillard's damages at $1,000, and the damages to the plaintiff Marguerite Brouillard at $6,500. It found that the negligence of the plaintiff, Marguerite Brouillard, that contributed to produce her injuries, was 13 1/3 per cent. of the total negligence involved, and the negligence of the defendant...
