On May 1, 1920, the plaintiff, J. J. Wood, and wife, executed and delivered to Arkansas Natural Gas Company, a corporation, an oil and gas lease on the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 18 South, Range 15 West, for a consideration of $3,200, and the payment to him of 1/8 th part of the oil produced and saved upon the premises.
