This is an action of assumpsit on two life insurance policies issued by defendant on the life of Charles Moyer, deceased husband of plaintiff, to recover the sum of $35,675.03 for death and disability benefits and interest. In June, 1938, the case was tried before the court and a jury, and a verdict rendered for plaintiff for $2,691.
