Roomberg, plaintiff herein, was president and treasurer and sole stockholder of the Ambassador Shirt Company, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (hereinafter designated corporation), engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling shirts at wholesale in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
