This action is for an alleged infringement of copyright. The matter now before the court is defendant's motion to dismiss.
The plaintiff is the widow of Harry J. Stuff, who died in Kearney, Nebraska, on February 4, 1938. Some time prior to June 24, 1914, said Harry J.
