This cause duly came on for trial before me at Knoxville, Tennessee, on the 27th day of January, 1941.

Upon consideration of the pleadings filed herein, the testimony adduced at the trial, the books and documents introduced in evidence and the entire record in the case, and after hearing arguments of counsel, the court makes and files the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgment hereinafter set forth.
