The plaintiff, a manufacturer of pinking machines, alleges that the defendants, who are respectively a competitor and two of its officers, are threatening the plaintiff and its customers with suits for infringement of certain patents, and seeks a declaratory judgment to the effect that these patents, U. S. No. 1,984,224 and U. S. Design No. 112,121, are invalid for various reasons, and are not infringed by the plaintiff. Unfair competition...
