The steamer Eastern Glade, owned by petitioner, collided with the steamer El Isleo, owned by respondent, in the waters of Baltimore harbor. Each owner filed a libel against the vessel of the other. The District Court found that the Eastern Glade was solely at fault (20 F.Supp. 373) and decrees dismissing petitioner's suit and awarding damages to respondent were affirmed...
