This is a suit in equity to enjoin the levying and collection of special assessment upon complainant's lands in the aggregate amount of three thousand five hundred ninety-six and 80/100 dollars ($3,596.80). These special assessments were ordered levied and collected by the Board of Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, on account of special benefits alleged to have been conferred by the establishment of a certain sanitary sewer district...
