This is a suit for back wages brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 206, 207. It is brought for the "plaintiff and all other employees of the Argus Hosiery Mills, Inc., who are similarly situated, as is expressly authorized by sec. 16(b) of said Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938". The defendant has moved to dismiss the action on the ground that the court lacks jurisdiction...
