The first charges a conspiracy, as the Government contends, to violate Section 80 of Tit. 18 of the U.S. Code, 18 U.S.C.A. § 80 (Section 35 of the Criminal Code), as amended by the Act of June 18, 1934, as well as the Act of February 22, 1935, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 715-715l, known as the Connally Hot Oil Act.
