This suit was brought to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission which suspended tariffs and schedules of rail rates on petroleum products filed by petitioners.

Petitioners filed a tariff with the Interstate Commerce Commission on March 10, 1939, known as Supplement No. 5, and on the following day filed an additional tariff, known as Supplement No. 6, which reduced rates on shipments of refined petroleum products in bulk...
