Mallow, on behalf of himself and others, filed with this Court a petition for rule to show cause why the Court should not vacate its orders of May 4, 1939, and March 24, 1938. The order of May 4, 1939, finally confirmed the First and Final Account of the Surviving Trustees of the Mallow Hotel Corporation.
