This is a civil action for treble damages under the Sherman Anti-Trust Law and its amendments, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7, 15 note, the Clayton Act, and the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 13-13b, 21a, particularly Sec. 13 of the last named, which relates to discrimination in prices.
