This was an action brought by appellee's intestate against appellants and two others, for damages on account of an alleged breach of trust. The jury awarded actual damages in the sum of $8750 and punitive damages in the sum of $5000. The original plaintiff was L. A. Folsom, who died before trial, whereupon his administrator was substituted as plaintiff. The defendants originally named were Horace G. Beedle, Carlton G. Haizlip, Richard Hassall...
