This case has involved several points of practice under the new federal civil procedure. The plaintiff is an automobile liability insurance company, and the defendant is the holder of one of its policies, who had a driving accident on July 22, 1938 as a result of which he has been sued by a guest in his car. The fact of the accident was promptly reported and the case investigated by the insurer, but, after some negotiations and conferences...
