On March 2, 1938, McKesson & Robbins, Inc., and two other creditors filed an involuntary petition in bankruptcy against Morris Travis Drug Company. The petition alleged that the petitioners were creditors holding provable claims of the requisite amount; the insolvency of the Drug Company; and the commission of an act of bankruptcy in the preceding four months.
