Creditors of Clyde C. Thompson, Jr., filed this proceeding to have him adjudged an involuntary bankrupt. The grounds alleged were that, while insolvent, he (1) transferred and removed, and permitted to be conveyed, transferred and removed, or concealed property and money exceeding $5,000 in value, with the intent to hinder, delay, and defraud his creditors; and (2) paid one creditor with the intent to prefer it over others.
