Appellant, as residuary legatee of one Seago, sued on contracts he had made with defendants in connection with the solicitation and securing of hospitalization members. Defendants, moving to dismiss the suit on various grounds, prevailed on the general theory that the rights Seago had, under his various contracts, were of indefinite duration, and were terminated at and by his death. Appellant is here insisting that the rights she asserts...
