The appellees, Walter H. Burke, John B. Burke and the Scranton Lackawanna Trust Company, are the executors of the will of Catherine H. Burke, who died December 7, 1932. The individual appellees, Walter R. Burke and John B. Burke, are also the sole legatees under her will. At the time of her death the testatrix owned 234 shares of the stock of the Union National Bank of Scranton, Pa. The Bank was closed March 5, 1933, under presidential proclamation...
