Plaintiff, Nevada-California Electric Corporation, a corporation of Delaware, brings this suit against the defendants, members of the State Board of Equalization of the state of California, and the Attorney General of the state of California, to enjoin enforcement against plaintiff of the California Use Tax Act of 1935, as amended.
