This is an action at law wherein plaintiff prays judgment against defendant for the sum of $6,000, with interest thereon from August 26, 1935. The cause came on for trial on April 28, 1937, before the court and jury. After all the testimony had been offered, counsel for both sides moved the court to direct a verdict, each side respectively moving, without reservation, that the verdict be directed in its favor.
