This was a suit by the plaintiff upon two policies of burglary insurance issued by the defendant on March 13, 1936. One was in the sum of $1,000 covering merchandise outside the safe in plaintiff's establishment and the other in the sum of $4,000 covering merchandise contained in the safe.
