This is an appeal from a judgment of the bankruptcy court dismissing an amended involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against Armour Boulevard Corporation and refusing to adjudge it a bankrupt. The ground upon which the court dismissed the petition and refused adjudication was that the petition did not state facts sufficient to constitute an act of bankruptcy.
