The Statute involved, the Processed Foodstuffs Marketing Act, supra, was allegedly designed to correct abuses in certain processed foodstuffs industries. The Act provides in substance for the establishment of standards of quality for the products specified and for the proper marking and labeling of such foodstuffs.
