Prior to the events which gave rise to this litigation, the plaintiff Mrs. Elsie F. Chinn held the legal title to 278.7 acres of land situated about five miles from the city of Lexington in Fayette County, Kentucky, on the East side of the Maysville Road. Her husband, Phil T.
