This is a suit in equity wherein the plaintiffs seek to have declared fraudulent and void a certain lease covering oil and gas rights. They ask rescission of the lease and an accounting for the value of the gas removed from the property. The plaintiff Louis Weber in 1930 was in possession of a farm in the Town of Greenwood, Steuben County, which he had purchased under a land contract.
