The receiver of Manhattan Hof-Brau Haus, Inc., alleged bankrupt, has petitioned this court for an order directing the State Liquor Authority to pay to the petitioner the sum of $451.66 as a refund on a liquor license formerly in the name of the alleged bankrupt, covering premises, 63-65 Main street, Yonkers, N.
