This is an appeal from a decision of the Commissioner of Patents affirming the decision of the Examiner of Trade-marks denying appellant's application for the registration of a composite trade-mark, consisting of an outline tracing of a fairly accurate map of the Dominion of Canada, and the words "Canada Dry" appearing in large print across the map, for use on maltless beverages sold as soft drinks.
