This appeal is prosecuted from a decree granting a reformation of two insurance policies and awarding a recovery upon the policies, as reformed. The errors assigned and argued relate to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the decree, and to the entry of a judgment upon one of the policies without a jury trial.
