These appeals are from a judgment on an instructed verdict for appellee and against appellants in a suit in trespass to try title, and for damages to 6.9 acres of land, from which appellee had produced large quantities of oil. The appeals raise three questions. One common to both appeals is whether there was any evidence to take appellants to the jury on their claim that G. B. Wilkinson, under whom all appellants claim, died seized of title...
