The patent in suit relates to boxes constructed of light weight material, tapered to permit nesting, and provided with stacking irons or bails so pivoted that they can be swung outwardly to a collapsed position for nesting, or inwardly to an erected position thereby providing seats for a superimposed box or boxes.
