This is a demurrer to the Third Amended Declaration in an action of trespass on the case. The praecipe was filed and this suit begun on August 9, 1926. According to the allegations of the pleadings the plaintiff is a South American corporation which was engaged during the years 1917, 1918 and 1919 in the business of packing meat and meat food products in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
