The plaintiff, Tom B. Reed, recovered a judgment against the defendant, Lloyd L. Bloom, in the district court of Oklahoma county, Okl., on the 7th day of February, 1936, for injuries received in an automobile accident. After the rendition of said judgment, execution was issued against the defendant, Bloom; the execution being returned: "No property found." Thereafter garnishment proceedings were instituted against the garnishee, Maryland Casualty...
