The bill discloses that, at and prior to the transactions of which they complain, the plaintiffs were stockholders of either or both the Prairie Oil & Gas Company and the Prairie Pipeline Company (now by change of name, respectively, the Commonwealth Oil & Gas Company, and the Commonwealth Transportation Company) both Kansas corporations, and they sue as stockholders or former stockholders of such corporations for themselves...
