This is a patent infringement suit by Lyon, Incorporated, owner of two patents, and Lyon Cover Company, exclusive licensee thereunder, against Clayton & Lambert Manufacturing Company. United States patent No. 1,807,697, dated June 2, 1931, and United States patent No. 1,875,316, dated September 6, 1932, were granted to George Albert Lyon for metal covers for spare tires of automobiles.
