The regulation of interstate traffic in securities is clearly within the scope of congressional action and an appropriate field for federal regulation. The delegation of power by Congress to the commission (in the Securities Exchange Act [15 USCA § 78a et seq.]) is not now before the court. The alleged invalidity of the act in that regard could not affect the right of the petitioner to the relief sought...
